چکیده

خانه محیطی برای شکل گیری فعالیت های فردی و اجتماعی به منظور تأمین بخشی از نیازهای مادی و غیرمادی افراد می باشد. در عصر حاضر الگوی فرهنگی و رفتاری در طراحی فضاهای مسکونی به عنوان مؤثرترین مؤلفه شکل گیری فعالیت های عمومی مردم، نادیده گرفته می شود. با بیان این مشکل هدف اصلی این پژوهش توجه به تأثیر فرهنگی و به تبع آن شیوه زندگی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای درک رفتار ساکنین بر الگوی کالبدی مسکن
می باشد. با تغییرات فرهنگی، نیازها و شیوه زندگی، الگوی رفتاری ساکنین نیز در خانه ها دچار تحول گشته و سازماندهی فضایی متفاوتی را به وجود آورده است. این پژوهش تغییرات سازماندهی فضایی و شیوه زندگی در مسکن مراغه و تأثیرات متقابل آ نها را از زندیه تا امروز مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. روش تحقیق در این تحقیق به صورت ترکیبی بوده که در بخش مرور ادبیات با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و در بخش مطالعات میدانی با روش کیفی، با بررسی و برداشت 32 خانه و مصاحبه با پنجاه نفر از ساکنین به صورت تصادفی و پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته و در حوزه مردم شناسانه با تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه ها، ارتباط شیوه زندگی با ساختار کالبدی تبیین شده و از آنجا که شهر مراغه برای این کار انتخاب شده است نوع مطالعه موردی در نظر بوده است و نتایج نشان می دهد که در هر منطقه، شیوه زندگی ساکنین آن منطقه شامل الگوهای رفتاری، فعالیت های روزانه و سالانه، الگوی مسکن منطقه و تغییرات آن در طول زمان، رعایت حریم بخش های مختلف خانه، توجه به مفاصل ارتباطی فضاها و ارتباط با طبیعت مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار در طراحی خانه ها هستند.

چکیده [English]

house is an environment for the formation of social activities to satisfy a part of physical and mental requirements. By observing the contemporary design construction industry, it is easy to notice the absolute ignorance toward behavioral, cultural and residential patterns of users. By considering this problem, the main purpose of this paper is to emphasize on the role of behavioral patterns, lifestyle and user’s culture in their housing patterns as one of the most important tools of understanding the behavior of residents. In addition, due to the changes in the lifestyle and human’s needs, the housing patterns
have also evolved and have resulted in new spatial arrangements. This research examines the changes in housing pattern and people’s lifestyle in “Maragheh” over time Zand era to today. In this article methodology of research in literature review section is descriptive-analytical method and in field studies by qualitative method, 32 houses were reviewed and interviewed with fifty inhabitants, a semi-structured questionnaire and an anthropological questionnaire with interview analysis. The relationship of lifestyle to
body structure is explained. And results shows that for proper design houses in each area, we need to probe that area’s people’s lifestyle, behavioral patterns and daily and annual activities properly. Also probation of their housing patterns.
