چکیده

بناهای تاریخی به واسطه وجود ارزشهای متنوع در ماهیت اصیل خود، شایسته حفاظت و انتقال به نسلهای آتی هستند. حفاظت از این ابنیه در برابر مخاطرات طبیعی و فرسودگیهای حاصل از تطویل عمر آنها از جمله امور رایج در رابطه با میراث معماری است که با ورود به روند طبیعی زندگی اثر و اعمال تغییراتی در آن از طریق مداخلات مرمتی صورت می پذیرد. مداخلات مرمتی به دلیل حساسیتهای موجود پیرامون نقش آنها در تداوم حیات اثر و همچنین حفظ اصالت و ارزشهای میراثی آن، عموماً با چالشهایی مواجه اند که مرمتگران را دچار دشواریهایی در زمینه انتخاب روشها و فنون مرمتی مناسب می نمایند. از این رو به نظر میرسد که مرمتگران نیاز به مؤلفه‌هایی جهت تسهیل ارزیابی و گزینش روشها و فنون مرمتی مناسب و کاهش معضلات پیش روی خود در این رابطه دارند. مناسبترین بستر جهت دستیابی به چنین مؤلفه‌هایی، اصول و رهنمودهای موجود در قالب اسناد بین المللی حفاظت حاصل از نشستهای تخصصی کارشناسان است. از این جهت و با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، دستیابی به مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی و گزینش روش مناسبِ مداخله مرمتی در میراث معماری مبتنی بر محتوای اسناد بین المللی حفاظت به عنوان هدف اصلی پژوهش برگزیده شده است.
پژوهش دارای رویکرد کیفی است و از راهبرد استقرایی سود می برد. داده های مورد نیاز تحقیق با استفاده از بررسی اسنادی به عنوان یکی از تکنیکهای مطالعات کتابخانه ای، گردآوری شده و چگونگی تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات نیز بر مبنای تئوری زمینه ای و استفاده از نرم افزار Maxqda است. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش شامل ۳۹ مؤلفه در چهار گروه مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی هدف مداخله با تأکید بر حفظ ارزشهای میراثی، حفظ اصالت اثر و اهمیت فرهنگی مکان، مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی منطق، تناسب و فرآیند اقدام، مؤلفه‌های سنجش سطح و نوع مداخله به ویژه برگشت پذیری و حداقل مداخله و همچنین مؤلفه‌های ارزیابی نهایی مداخله منتخب است.

چکیده [English]

Due to the existence of diverse values in their original nature, historical monuments deserve conservation and transmission to future generations. Conservation of these from natural hazards and Exhaustion caused by prolonging their life is one of the common in the field of architectural heritage which enters the natural process of life and changes are done through restoration interventions. Restoration interventions, due to existing sensitivities about their role in the survival of the monument, as well as preserving its authenticity and heritage values, generally face challenges that make it difficult for restorers to choose what Restoration methods and techniques are appropriate. Therefore it seems that restorers need components to facilitate the evaluation and selection of appropriate restoration methods and techniques and reduce the problems that they face in this regard. The most appropriate platform for achieving such components is the principles in the content of international conservation documents resulting from specialized meetings of experts. Therefore, considering the importance of the subject, achieving the components of evaluation and selection of the appropriate method of restoration intervention in architectural heritage based on the content of international conservation documents has been selected as the main goal of the research.
The research has a qualitative approach and benefits from an inductive strategy. The data required for the research were collected using documentary research as one of the library study techniques and how analyzing the information is based on the grounded theory and using Maxqda software. The results of the study include 39 components in four groups of components: intervention purpose evaluation with emphasis on preserving heritage values, preserving the originality and cultural significance of the place, components of logic, appropriateness and action process, level measurement components, and type of intervention, especially reversibility and minimum intervention as well as final evaluation components of the selected intervention.
